The original Cadillac CUE system used a gel touchscreen that ends up delaminating over time – resulting in cracking and lost or erratic response to touch. The dealer will offer a complete CUE module replacement only at the tune of $1800+, but it is still the same gel design that will fail, yet again, in a 1-2 years depending on climate – we know how HOT it can get in Florida.

We however, can offer just the touch panel replacement. We offer an upgraded gel-free touchscreen design for Cadillac CUE systems. These screens will never fail again and will respond faster, require less pressure and offer you a sharper HD image. Our premium screen offers maximum scratch resistance and works with all Cadillac CUE systems 2013+.

Avoid Cheap Screens

Cheap screens can easily be found online for under $80 from a variety of overseas distributors. Our advice however, as a professional installer for CUESCREENS, is don’t go cheap. We only install and offer high quality replacements from CUESCREEN. Why? Quality. The cheap screens can arrival DOA (dead on arrival) a good 50% of the time, leaving the customer upset and even paying for installation twice. The cheaper screens also are not visible in direct sunlight, proximity sensors won’t work correctly and there is limited, if any, support. There may even be fibers, hair, plastic and other debris embedded in the middle of the screen. Kraken Automotive will only sell and install genuine CUESCREEN replacements.

Most customers opt to spend the few dollars extra for a Genuine CUESCREENS product in their Cadillac, rather than deal with the cheap knock offs. Many of my customers are people who are dissatisfied with the replica and need something that actually works and looks original.
